Crystal Keyes
~Founder
Crystal grew up in Princeville, NC, the oldest town in America to be chartered by free slaves. With 23 years of experience in the insurance industry, my focus has primarily been in the senior market of Eastern North Carolina.
My passion lies in helping seniors access the benefits they rightfully deserve. I take pride in being a dependable member of the community, providing them with open and honest feedback, and connecting them with the necessary resources to enhance their health and well-being.
Assisting others and witnessing their gratitude when I resolve their issues is what truly motivates me. In addition to my professional interests, I have an avid curiosity for exploring diverse cultures and cuisines from around the world.
When I’m not working, I’m a dedicated mother to my four children. My cherished pastime involves spending quality time outdoors, and discovering new places and experiences with my family.
Carolina Herrera
~ CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
I grew up in Colombia, and I later pursued a degree in psychology. For the past six years, I’ve been working as a customer service representative, where I’ve found great satisfaction in helping people and making a positive impact on their lives through my service.
Outside of work, I’m deeply passionate about my family. I relish planning romantic dates with my husband and cherishing quality moments with my children and grandkids. In addition to my family, I’m an avid fan of Kdramas.
But here’s a secret I can’t resist sharing – I have two big guilty pleasures. The first one, which I hope you won’t tell anyone, is chocolate. I absolutely adore it! My second guilty pleasure is carving out some “me time” to watch a Kdrama, accompanied by chips and a soda.
You’d think my family life is all calm and composed, but quite the opposite – we’re a lively bunch. We dance, sing, and make jokes, and our volume is off the charts. Only other family members can handle us!
As if that’s not enough to keep me busy, I also devote my spare time to being a nanny for my beautiful grandkids.
Nakethia Dickens
~ OFFICE MANAGER
Nakethia, hailing from the town of Tarboro, has more than 7 years of invaluable experience within the insurance industry. Her journey began as a licensed agent for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Tennessee, where she not only excelled in that role but also took on the responsibility of managing fellow agents. In addition to her duties, Nakethia also spearheaded the meticulous paperwork involved in agent registrations and led comprehensive training sessions.
Nakethia’s driving force stems from the genuine joy she finds in witnessing the smiles on customers’ faces when their insurance needs are effectively addressed. Her passion for connecting with people and expanding her network is another defining characteristic, making her an adept relationship builder in her professional endeavors.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Nakethia finds immense pleasure in shopping for various items like home accents, clothing, and shoes. Her knack for stylish choices is a testament to her vibrant personality. Moreover, she dedicates her time to volunteer work, actively participating in church functions that support school giveaways, Thanksgiving initiatives, and community givebacks. These selfless actions reflect Nakethia’s deep commitment to making a positive impact in her community.

This topic holds a special place in my heart, and I frequently find myself engrossed in conversations exploring its profound influence on our daily lives.
Beyond my professional role, there’s a hidden talent and passion that customers might not be aware of: my love for painting. It’s a personal hobby that adds a creative layer to my character, showcasing a different facet of who I am.
